Schedule Change Reminders:  

• Please check the updated pages for information on the sessional progammes: Dragons Karate (4-6 year olds)  Morning Workout , Yoga , and Tai Chi . 

• Kokodo class is cancelled on Wednesday 9 Sept due to Dan Exam pre-testing.

• Upcoming changes: As of Friday 11 Sept, Kumite class will be 30 min later and run 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

• The dojo is closed on Wednesday 30 Sept for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

• Kumite class is cancelled on Friday 9 October due to the Bunkai Seminar.

• The dojo is closed Sunday 11 to Monday 12 October for the Thanksgiving holiday.

• For all of September, students new to Kettlebells can enjoy FREE classes, so come and give it a try!

Many of us travelled to Alberta for this fantastic 3 days of training, culminating in a formal banquet with the announcements of successful grading candidates. Pictures to follow.

We enjoyed two days of kihon, kumite, kata, bunkai, with bonus jujitsu and kettlebell training.
